At Low Penhowe, we pride ourselves on the excellence of our Aga cooked breakfasts, offering a variety of local and homemade produce. If it's not home grown, home made, home baked, home cooked then it will be sourced locally and always within Yorkshire! Enjoy a selection of our own free-range eggs, and from our Malton butcher, locally cured bacon, black pudding and sausages.

At Low Penhowe we have been lucky enough to have won a number of awards over the last 6 years. We would like to thank our guests for all their warm comments which have helped to win these awards. It a 5 star good quality B&B that serves you a great breakfast with very friendly hosts. We have been lucky enough to have won Best Guest Accommodation for the last 3 years as awarded by VisitYork and Welcome to Yorkshire. Clearly our guests think we must be doing something right!

- Our South African Guests went on an exclusive “Walking Tour of York” today with Charlotte O’Gram. They visited all the sorts of places in York you wouldn’t discover on your own! - North Yorkshire Moors Railway - Taking place on 10 & 11 July, the NYMR’s “Vintage Vehicle Weekend” will provide passengers with an added attraction – displays of historic vehicles at stations along the route, specifically at Levisham, Goathland and Grosmont. At Pickering, a heritage bus will operate from the station, providing free trips around the market town on both days.
