Bed and Breakfast Yorkshire

‘Low Penhowe’ is old Yorkshire dialect for ‘the sheep pen on a hill’. Low Penhowe, with absolutely stunning views was described as “a very elegant home”  by VisitBritain, which has awarded B&B owners, Philippa and Christopher Turner 5 Star and the Gold award for their outstanding Yorkshire Bed and Breakfast. We pride ourselves on the excellence of our Aga cooked breakfasts.

When we looked back on
2011,we realized that a lot of good memories for the year came from out trip to
the UK and so much of that was a result of all your efforts to make us
welcome.  We have amazed people with our tales of the good food that we
enjoyed as a result of your knowledge of your area; many have had opposite
experiences with poor food and service in the UK but staying with you made our
trip fantastic in this and so many other ways.  Many thanks and we hope
